Statement: I have always been fascinated with faces, colours, lines and abstraction. I use many different materials but especially love oil pastels for their vibrancy and textures. I find character in faces and in the movement of subjects very interesting and like when they are a bit strange or quirky. I enjoy the imperfection and the boldness that comes with strong lines and pattern.
